Since its inception, Belco has always linked its sale of green coffees with training for its artisan roaster customers. The coffee industry is evolving rapidly, and welike to contribute actively to the professional development of roasters to promote quality coffee in Europe. Belco enjoys giving professionals an opportunity to share their experiences. In the words of William Yeats:
We develop our School of Coffee training modules based on our experiences in the field, the countries where our coffees are grown and our laboratoryand above all on our relations with roasters, with the aim of meeting your specific needs.
Created and tested by our in-house teams, we offer a diverse range of practical and unique courses to help you better understand market developments.
Our School of Coffee is designed for our Belco customers, andwe tailor our courses to their specific requirements and coffees. Our training programmes and hands-on workshops are therefore adapted and customisedto the participants’ needs.
With this training, Belco provides educational tools allowing you to putyour newly acquired knowledge into practice in your daily work.
Having won many Parisians over to his delicious cocktails and good coffee, Jérémie returned to his native city of Bordeaux in 2012. He joined Belco as quality manager before quickly being appointed head of our training , a position that suits him down to the ground and allows him to manage the product while working alongside people with a passion.
Curious and a perfectionist by nature, Jérémie learned his trade across the world, not only in coffee-producing countries but also other coffee schools.
With his artistic spirit and passion for roasting, he embodies what our training aspires to, which is to share our experiences and knowledge to improve the quality of the coffees available on the consumer market.
