Tucked away in majestic mountains, La Bolsa gives the impression of being laid out in a sack, which is why it has such an unusual name: "Bolsa" means "sack" in Spanish. This magnificent 108-hectare historic farm lies on limestone soil at an altitude of between 1,300 and 1,600 metres. It's a timeless place that enjoys excellent weather conditions.
While the farm's very high altitude is a rare feature, what sets it apart from others is its constant quest for perfection and innovation.
