What is Nitro Cold Brew?
In theory
Nitro cold brew is a smooth drink with tiny bubbles, created by adding nitrogen. It’s a process that works for any cold-extracted liquid, not only coffee but also tea and cocoa. You can serve it with milk or as a cocktail... let your imagination do the talking!
In the cup
• A creamy foam
• A spectacular “waterfall” effect with beautiful layers of colour
• Tiny bubbles (flavour enhancer)
• A sweet, fruity drink with a nice long finish… and caffeine!

RECIPE:
Toddy 10L
Ratio: 1/10
Coffee: 1kg (coarser, cupping grind type)
Water: 10L
- Grind the coffee, put it into your toddy filter and add the water and make sure all coffee grounds are immersed
- Let it rest between 8h to 24h
- When your cold brew is as you like it, get rid of the toddy filter with the coffee grounds and transfer your cold brew thanks to the tap into your nitro tank
- Plug the nitro tank with your cold brew inside, on the nitro machine, switch on the “cold” button (it should be blue), turn it on 3/5 and wait 10 min for the machine to be cold
- Finally switch on your “nitro” bottom (it should be blue also) and turn it until you get the perfect amount of nitro in your machine
(Please note that it will change in function of the room temperature as the machine is taking the outside air to transform it in nitrogen)
