After popularising the use of the EK43 espresso grinder as a barista, winning the World Brewers Cup in 2012 and finishing runner-up several times in 2011 and 2013, Matt Perger wanted to share his knowledge with coffee lovers by creating Barista Hustle. Born in 2015 as a weekly newsletter and blog, the brand has grown rapidly and is now a renowned online coffee school and designer of espresso and cupping accessories.
