CSR practice

People first.

Kinto places a focus on individual creativity and strong teamwork as driving forces. The company therefore provides a safe, comfortable and productive working environment to ensure its employees feel valued.

Choice materials.

Kinto chooses components not only for their aesthetic qualities, but also for their safety, simplicity and resilience. Its products are popular because they are unique and made of high-quality materials, such glass, porcelain, stainless steel and wood. The company has also forged strong partnerships with suppliers and artisans in Japan and abroad, in line with its values.

Environmental commitments.

Kinto also pays particular attention to its production facilities to limit consumption of natural resources, for example by recycling waste, using LED lighting, introducing a solar energy production system and installing modern and more energy-efficient equipment.
