In 1987, Daniel Quispe emigrated to the Yungas from the province of Bautista Saavedra in search of better days. By working in coffee production, Daniel managed to improve his income. He is now married and has three children, to whom he teaches the basics of coffee production in order to pass on the farm to them later on. Daniel closely follows all stages of production, from the soil to the process, in order to be able to control and adjust the quality of his coffees and their taste profiles.
