A few words about César Magaña

César Magaña is the fourth of his generation to produce coffee in the Juayua region in southwestern El Salvador, near the Santa Ana volcano. Very committed to organic farming practices, César belongs to this new wave of producers who get involved beyond production. His vision of coffee is global and his Lechuza project illustrates this well. LECHUZA project: After many years producing coffee on his farm, César started buying coffee from his neighboring producers, he then integrated a roaster and opened a coffee shop. It is therefore a global project that revolves 360 degrees around coffee, from farm to cup and all the way to cupping since César is also Q-Grader.
