Margaret recently started coffee farming and processing in 2018. Growing up, she saw the passion that her mother had for coffee farming. Many times, she assisted her mother at the farm. After Margaret’s mother passed on, Margaret decided to maintain the coffee farm in honor of her mother. Since then she has rehabilitated the form in blocks and is now pulping her own coffee to have more control of her product.
