The producer at the Bacarat farm, Damien Coisne, tells an unusual story. A doctor in Bordeaux, originally from Colombiawhere he grew up, he is a coffee enthusiast who inherited a farm that had been in the family for 42 years. Today, he works with Reynel, his Colombian partner and very close friend, who helps him produce the coffee. Although living thousands of kilometres apart, they work hand in hand towards the same goal, that of making the farm self-sufficient to continue producing coffee and, most importantly, create jobs locally.
