The preparation
Preparation
Heat the water and grind the coffee. Place the filter on the dripper and rinse with hot water to remove the taste of the paper, then empty the carafe. Place the carafe and dripper on the scale, then pour the coffee into the filter. Place the Drip Assist on the dripper and tare the scale.
Pre-infusion
Pour 100 g of water outside the center of the coffee bed, around the edge. Don't forget to start the stopwatch.
2d pour
At 45 seconds, pour down the centre to 250 g of water.
3 rd pour
At 1 minute 30, pour in the remaining 250 g of water, still in the center, to reach 500 g.
Enjoy!
Once the infusion is complete, remove the Drip Assist and filter holder and stir your coffee to blend it. The result is a well-balanced cup with a complex aroma and good acidity. Enjoy your coffee!
