Preparation
Heat the water and grind the coffee. Place your filter on the Mugen and rinse it with hot water in a carafe to remove the taste of the paper, then empty the water. Pour the coffee into the Mugen and tare the scale.


One pour is enough!
Simply pour slowly in a spiral without touching the filter paper for 1 minute 30.


Enjoy!
At 2 minutes 30, once the brew is complete, remove the filter and stir the coffee in the carafe to homogenize it. The result is a cup with an intense aroma. Enjoy your coffee!
