The preparation
Preparation
Heat the water and grind the coffee. Place your filter on the SWITCH and rinse it with hot water in a carafe to remove the taste of the paper, then empty the water. Pour the coffee into the SWITCH and tare the scale.


Pre-infusion
Check that the click is closed (facing upwards) and pour in 60g of water, making sure that all the grounds are well wetted. Don't forget to start the timer.


2nd pour
After 30 seconds, pour in the remaining 240g of water in circular movements.


Open the Switch
After 2 minutes, open the click (downwards) to release the brew. The flow should last 1 minute to 1 minute 30.


Enjoy!
Once the brew is complete, remove the filter and stir the coffee in the carafe to homogenize it. The result is a well-balanced, velvety cup. Enjoy your coffee!
