The Tricolate dripper is the on-the-go method of the moment, for a speciality coffee guaranteed without by-pass. Its water distribution system ensures perfect extraction, without the need for a gooseneck kettle, and every extraction is a delight!

The preparation
Preparation
Heat the water and grind the coffee. Then place your filter on the Tricolate and rinse it with hot water to remove the taste of the paper. Empty the water, pour the coffee into the Tricolate and tare the scale.


Pre-infusion
Pour 100g of water evenly in 30 seconds without using the water distribution system.


2nd pour
At 30 seconds, replace the shower head and tare the scale again. Gently pour the remaining 300 g onto the shower head.


Enjoy
At 4 minutes, remove the Tricolate and don't forget to stir your coffee to aerate it. The result is a full-bodied, aromatic cup. Enjoy your coffee!
