"Thirty years ago, I began growing coffee at La Esperanza Farm. Throughout this time, I have learned the traditional coffee process firsthand. Practical experience has been my greatest teacher, allowing me to understand and perfect every stage of cultivation, from planting to harvesting and processing. The journey has not been easy, but with dedication and passion, I have managed to develop a coffee farm that produces high-quality beans. Perseverance and commitment to coffee tradition have been essential in overcoming challenges and maintaining excellence in every harvest. Today, with the support of my wife, children, and grandchildren, we continue to cultivate coffee with the same passion and commitment as I did from the very first day I bought the farm".Â
